INCLUSION AND EXCLUSION
Rates include tax, services, breakfast and WiFi.
Rates do not include city tax of 6 € per person per day - for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights - to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
Children under 12 are exempt from the tax.
- Room rates are shown per room per night, include breakfast and overnight stay, daily cleaning service, linen change, use of common areas and facilities.
- Rooms all have private bathroom, thermal insulation walls, air conditioning with heating and cooling system that can be regulated manually in each room, towel set and WiFi.
- Room prices vary depending on the season and length of stay. Special offers for groups of 10/12 people for a minimum 3 nights stay.
We offer special discounts and last minute offers for long stays.

For groups of friends or families travelling together, an exclusive use of La Fonderia is a great way to experience Florence.
Sleeping up to 13 people in our five beautiful bedrooms (Two Mezzanine Suites and two further Double Bedrooms) with 7 bathrooms in total in the house.
The price includes our delicious Italian breakfast each day.
For guests taking the entire property, we are able to offer a wide range of additional services to turn La Fonderia into your home during your stay.
TERMS OF USE
Standard check-in is from 2pm to 7pm. Guests are kindly requested to inform us about their arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Arrivals after 7pm must be agreed upon in advance. In case of an early check-in, guests can leave their luggage until the room is available.At the moment of check-in guests must present valid state issued photo identification, according to local regulations.
Standard check-out is from 10.30am to 11am.
Daily room cleaning is done not later than 12am. There is a linen change every 4 days.
Guests are given a set of keys. At the time of check-in a security deposit is requested in case the keys are not given back at check-out.
We will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your unsupervised objects.
We are available from 8am - 2pm on Monday through Friday and from 8am - 1pm on Saturday and Sunday, for all requests from our guests, suggestions on walking tours, tours by bike or by train around Florence or other Tuscan cities, tips on restaurants, shops, local arts and crafts and picturesque vintage markets.
Furthermore, a shared tablet will be available at all times during the day for all guests in order to request a special service for the following day, check things to see nearby or find directions.
SMALL RULES AND REGULATIONS
All personal objects must be kept inside your rooms and not left in the common areas.
La Fonderia is a non smoking facility, therefore smoking is prohibited in all areas (rooms, bathrooms, balconies). Smoking is allowed in the garden where ashtrays are at disposal.
Please keep the main entrance door closed at all times.
It is prohibited to organise parties or events and invite guests. Please be tidy and clean out of respect towards other guests. Please maintain respectful behaviour towards other guests and things and avoid excessive noise.
