Fonderia was carefully restored to accommodate minimalist architecture emphasized by an artful implementation of details, which perfectly blends old and new.

Breakfast, both sweet and savory, is served from 8am to 9.30am. Here at Fonderia we serve an international breakfast with croissants, fresh bread, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits, cereals and granola, fruit juices, boiled or fried eggs, ham and cheese, honey, jam and butter. During warm season breakfast is served in the garden. On request we offer gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan or diabetic breakfast. Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator, containing water to refresh your days. You are free to use the refrigerator to stock your beverages. The use of kitchen is strictly reserved for the Fonderia staff.

We offer our secured parking spaces for 20 euros per day, so that you can safely park your car in our facility.
